Question about Dryers

Open Question

Hunter fan 27302. I connected a Hunter 27302 as per instructions, & confirmed power going in OK at 110v. Unit will not come on (lights or fan). I re-checked my wiring connections, & they are OK as per manual. What now? ps: I re-tested the old fan I replace using same power in as new Hunter. Is ther a problem with this model??? Any suggestions? P.

SOURCE: hunter fan/light control wiring

solution depends on how many wires are in the ceiling box. was there a ceiling fan in place before? were the light and fan controlled by seperate switches or was there only one switch? if two switches, then there should be two seperate hot wires in the ceiling box. if only one switch, then only one hot wire in box. if only one, then your black and red from the fan will wire together to the single hot. green goes to the bare copper wire, if not one, then not needed

SOURCE: Kenmore HE4 no power to control, no sound, but the drum light bulb on when door opened

I have the same indications. It power up intermittently with the check lint LED lit. The manual said it will (lintLED) turn off when the start button is press but only gives me a beep when I press start. Lint LED only turn off when I open door. The dryer will function normally. I disassembled lint assemby and clean it thoroughly, including moisture sensor. I run a diagnostics, all LED lit with 88 displayed on panel. The second 8 flash with a continous beep. I check the power cord and removed panel but have not done a continuity check. The dryer is working now.

How can I replace the receiver on hunter tribeca ceiling fan

The black & white on one end go to the house wiring. The other three go to the fan wiring. Black to black, white to white & connect last two wires together.

Wattage limiter hunter ceiling fan

As per the Energy Policy Act of 2005, all ceiling fans manufactured or imported into the United States must utilize a light bulb wattage limiter as of January 1, 2007. This limiter limits the capacity of the fan's light kit to a maximum of 40 watts per bulb. Not very bright at all!

I have a Hunter Ceiling Fan Model No. 27185. I can control the fan with the remote but can not control the lights with the remote. is there some instructions on how to operate the system?

27185 is the model # of the remote. Check to make sure your light wires are connected at the light fixture & receiver. Also, make sure your dip settings are set on the same frequency. Lastly, push the light button & pull the chain on the light.

Hunter ceiling fan fan is working but lights are not

Make sure light wire is connected at the ceiling & at the bottom. Otherwise it's probably the receiver. 1-888-830-1326 ( Hunter parts )

We have a hunter ceiling fan with light kit. When we turn on the light all light blink. What could be causing this?

a lose wire in the fan/light housing. the motion of the fan is moving it creating a short. I wouldnt us it till it gets repaired. Its a pretty basic unit, kill the power, and drop the light housing and check all connections. If not in housing, check connection in the ceiling, you got a lose wire somewhere.

Hunter fan model 21617 remote fan won't turn on light from wall switch

You mean only the light? and the fan is working? Have you checked the light bulb? If it's ok, then checked on the wall switch. If is also ok, then probably there's is something wrong with the wiring in the fan.. It's either a bad or loose connection

You need to completely power off (wall switch or breaker) when changing the dip switches. Not just power off from remote because it will keep previous setting. I learned it the hard way....
