some units cannot handle blue tooth. Check to make sure yours is blue tooth capable. If it is, check your settings both security and blue tooth to ensure there is no conflict. Also check the headset for compatability ratings. Sometimes that is why there is interference.
Some of the carriers actually have a lockout on Blue tooth transfers. So depending upon your carrier even tough the phone itself is capable it may not be allowed. I work at US Cellular and all the B tooth options on these phone are unlocked, however they are unable to link to a verizon or sprint phone for example without having their associated data plan.
The process for doing the pairing is rather simple and if you followed the steps and they still wont its a lockout.
Go to your blue tooth setting on one of the phones, turn the find me mode on or make visable to others.
take the second phone and go to blue tooth check registered devices and click new search. once you find the other phone click pair and eenter in 0000, the other phone will ask if you want to pair in which case enter the 0000 pass code again.
Once paired if you are transfering pics or music go to your media library or pic gallary and find the fill. Select options and send via blue tooth, it will bring up the registered list and select the phone you are transfering to. that should be all you need to do, if it says not supported or unable to connect the BT is disabled and you need to speak with your wireless carier for assistance.
Hi, first reset the phone and try to connect again.
If it connects, you can use this step to,But if it doesn't connect that means the blue tooth is corrupted and will need to be flash to restore back blue tooth.
(You will have to flash the phone to restore the memory of the phone. You can use this link to see how to flash your phone. (hubpages.com/hub/How-to-Flash-your-cell-phone) and (unlocktotalk.com/UnlockCodeInstructions.htm.)
HOW TO CONNECT BLUE TOOTH,
It all depends. When you want to connect a blue tooth to a phone, You will need to switch on the blue tooth device and the phones blue tooth you are pairing with.
When pairing both device, you will ask for pairing code, You four digit numbers(default code(0000). and pair.
After pairing both device, you detected paired, you can now use the blue tooth device with your phone.
there are no special code for pairing Blue tooth device. Normal codes used are any four digit, four numbers you want to use.(0000, 1234).
Depending how far of a range your getting, between your razr and your blue-tooth is important. Any range of 30ft or over is less likely to connect/search/and or pair with any capable blue-tooth device.
Try pair the two devices again, but remember to save the trusted blue-tooth to your device so that disconnection can be prevented only by your command.
If your blue-tooth has a short, or battery is extremely low then that TOO can cause disconnection.
Hope this information can be of a benefit to you. Thanks.
