This sounds like your ignitor has gone out. The preheat will work because the valve doesn't have to ignite to heat to 100 degrees, but whent he unit is ready to ignite, the gas can't ignite it. If you will call or email us, we'll be sure to get the correct ignitor out to you asap so you have your oven orking right away! I am attaching a Gemini manual. The checking procedures are the same for your oven.
Two component suspects for your problem would be the door latch mechanisms and the oven temperature sensors.
