From what I understood from the problem description is that the images on the screen do not fit on the screen and some portion is missing. I recommend that you change the resolution of the computer to the one that is supported by the screen. If you are having issues viewing the images or the photos, try using another application and check the operation. If further assistance is required please revert back with the exact nature of the issue.

Picture cut off on sides, how do i shrink picture to screen?

If model listed is correct the problem is in power supply or vertical or horizontal circuits.

If cut off on sides (horizontal) and bowed on sides it is a pincussion problem. IF short top and bottom a vertical issue--if both it is in the power supply.

Model listed is rather old and parts may not be available for it.

Check the menu settings for the picture. You may be expanding the image to fill the sides, in the process, cutting the top and bottom.

If it is a picture tube type TV not a plasma or lcd try degausing the picture tube. I think Radio Shack carries degausers or find the plans for one on the net.
