The fuse panel lid has a listing of which fuse is where. Remove the fuse for the radio and the dvd will shut off. If it does not, one at a time, remove a fuse and see if the dvd turns off - replacing the fuse before going on to the next one. You'll figure out which one is the fuse for the dvd power quite easily this way. There is also a small reset hole on the face of the unit which you can use a paperclip to press in and this will reset the unit.

My pontiac montana van suddenly wont start, the lights work. The dvd screen will not turn off. Im trying to turn it off until I can get it into the shop tomorrow.

Worst case scenario, disconnect the battery under the hood until you get it to the shop tomorrow. Let them diagnose. You may have a short somewhere.

My 2004 pontiac montana wont start, need help ASAP!

your shift cable is stretched or broke. try starting in nutral. if this doesn't work you need to adjust or replace shift cable. this is a very easy fix but it should start in neutral.

2002 pontiac montana wont start won't turn over

First thing I would check would be the battery. Open the hood and make sure the battery terminals are tightly connected to the battery (try to turn them on the post by hand). If they are tight and you have a volt-ohm-meter you can check the battery charge yourself. If not you can remove the battery and take it to an autoparts store and ask them to check it for you.
