My over the stove microwave starts continues for a few econds the f-7 appears and it stops

F7 means power to magnetron is interrupted.

I don't recommend that someone without experience and an understanding of the safety procedures undertake troubleshooting this.
You can find manuals and helpful exploded view diagrams for your model here and my favorite parts supplier is here. There is a technical sheet hidden behind the controls that has helpful technical and troubleshooting information. It will say something like this:

F7 Power to magnetron interrupted

1. Unplug microwave oven or disconnect power.
2. After 40 seconds, check to see whether this solves the problem.
3. Unplug microwave oven or disconnect power.
4. Check cooling fan operation
5. Check the magnetron.
6. Check P65 connection on the relay control board.
7. Check the P56/P66 connection between relay board and relay control board.
8. Check wiring to the 1200W inverter and control system. See "Checking Inverters."
9. Check operation of all interlock switches.
10. Replace all parts and panels before operating.
11. Plug in microwave oven or reconnect power.
12. Check voltage at 4903-1 on relay board. If it is 120, unplug microwave oven or disconnect power.
13. Replace inverter.
14. Replace all parts and panels before operating.
15. Plug in microwave oven or reconnect power.
16. If problem persists, unplug microwave oven or disconnect power.
17. Replace relay control board.
18. Replace all parts and panels before operating.
19. Plug in microwave oven or reconnect power.
20. If problem persists, unplug microwave oven or disconnect power.
21. Check for reversed plug connection on controls or loose wiring.
22. Replace all parts and panels before operating.
23. Plug in microwave oven or reconnect power.

A model number would help, but if it's really old, information may not be available.
If this is a simple mechanical lock which you're supposed to be able to lock and unlock by hand, maybe it's rusted. A penetrating oil like PB Blaster may help.
If it's a relay-drive lock that's controlled by the circuit board, then it may need board repair, etc.

My microwave shows an error that says c-5 what is it

That would be "CS", which means low current sense.

CS Current Sense

Current Sense - Indicates control is sensing low current
(Amp) draw. Check components which would allow unit
to run but produce no heat or low heat. Current sense
circuit is active only when using pre-programmed pads.
Time Entry feature will by-pass current sense circuit.
Red wire from cavity T.C.O. must be routed through
current sense loop on H.V. Board.
Possible Causes:
1. Interlock switch (contacts 2 & 3).
2. Open thermal cut-out (magnetron).
3. Open/loose wire.
4. Power relay.
5. H.V. Board.
6. Magnetron.
7. Diode.
8. Capacitor.
9. Transformer.
10.Triac.

Can i get a display screen for a sharp microwave model # R-530ES, and if you can provide this display, can it be shipped to miami?

The relevant service manuals are HTML clipboard here and here. hey contain detailed disassembly instructions.

There are three ways to get this fixed:

1. You could order a new power unit (lower board assembly) and a new upper display board assembly, solder them together, then replace your assembly with the newly assembled one.

You'd need the following parts:

DPWBFC167WRKZ CPU/LSI/display unit $107.07
DPWBFB094MRU0 power unit $53.09

Which can can be ordered from Encompass here.

2. This option is more difficult, but cheaper. You would order the upper circuit board assembly, desolder your old one from the lower power board, then solder the new upper board onto your power board.

You'd only need to order this part:

DPWBFC167WRKZ CPU / LSI / display unit $107.07

3. You could send your control panel assembly for repair for $39.95 with a one-year guarantee. Details are HTML clipboardhere.

There should also be a "mini-manual" (tech sheet) hidden inside the unit behind the control panel or hidden on the left side behind the grille, which is very helpful when troubleshooting, testing, and locating components.

It says:

F7 Power to magnetron interrupted

1. Unplug microwave oven or disconnect power.
2. After 40 seconds, check to see whether this solves the problem.
3. Unplug microwave oven or disconnect power.
4. Check cooling fan operation
5. Check the magnetron.
6. Check P65 connection on the relay control board.
7. Check the P56/P66 connection between relay board and relay control board.
8. Check wiring to the 1200W inverter and control system. See “Checking Inverters.”

If for some reason your tech sheet is not there, you can download it here.
