Need drivers for installtion of win XP on Dell's Optiplex GX1 desktop PC

The device drivers for your model computer/laptop can be downloaded from the Dell WEB support site.
To download the drivers from Dell WEB site, select your model desktop or laptop, or a better option, type in the Service Tag number, this is printed on the label on the bottom of the laptop and on the back or sides of a desktop. (If the Service Tag label is missing then go the BIOS setting and on one of the BIOS pages, the Service Tag number will be displayed). The Service Tag will open the page where the drivers specific for your model computer/laptop are located. Also make sure you select the Windows XP or Vista version of the drivers for your Windows operating system.

For download copy bellow the link and paste on address bar.

Now you can download easily one after one.after download all the driver ,unzip the fie with winrar or zip .
Download the winrar free,
copy the link and paste on address bar.

I have a Dell Optiplex GX1 desktop. I have been unable to start Windows and receive the error message: Windows root system32/ntoskrnl.450L exe failure. How do I correct this problem?

You will have to boot in to repair console from XP cd and run it so it can try to repair the Operating system. Put in cd and restart and if it does not ask to boot to cd u have to change boot order in bios to boot to CD rom first. If all this fails you have to reinstall windows. Hope this helps.

When I turn on my dell optiplex GX1 A message come up , reinstall ''windows 2000 root7/system32/ntoskrnl.exe.'' I can get to the F-8 start up section where the safe mode , reboot , and others are , but...

That will work, but you may also consider using that windows xp disk to upgrade, it'll fix the problem plus give you an upgrade. Kinda kills two birds with one stone.

Dell optiplex wont boot up

If you are using a USB keyboard, then check in the bios that USB keyboard is enabled, and also Legacy support as well.
Legacy support will allow a USB keyboard to operate under the DOS environment.
This should allow you to press the any key to start booting from CD.
Hope that helps =)
