In start (or windows icon) look for the run command. If you don't see it rightclick start/properties start menu/customize scroll down to the run command and check-mark it. Now start RUN type msconfig
choose the startup tab and uncheck anything that is suspicious, and or any name or manufacturer that is blank, and or any program that just isn't that important running in the background. I get a free copy of spynomore to see what trojans, worms, viruses, hijackers, and rootkits are running. If you see any either pay for the program or unhide hidden folders and delete in windows what you see in the list. Then using the run command type regedit and delete the trojans from there too. If you don't see the bad item where it says it is supposed to on a 64 bit computer look for the wow64 where there is a duplicate of the path you are looking for. Unhackme does a good job too It uses regrun. Regrun security system does the same job
