Question about Sony VAIO E Series SVE14125CXP Intel Core i5-3210M 2.5GHz 14" Windows
I recently installed windows 8.1 and to login u have to login using your Microsoft account it keeps saying wrong password I went to account.live.com on another computer and changed my password but it keeps saying wrong password still I would like to know how to possibly reset my laptop
Sorry to hear that you are having issues with windows 8.1, I have come across this password issue before and it turned out that the problem was related to the length of the password that I was using with my Windows Live ID. The password field on the Windows 8 login screen can only accept 15 characters so if you are using a long password, the system won't let you in.
In other words if your password is longer than 15 characters you will have to reduce the length of it to 15 or less characters.
I hope this helps, please let me know if you still an issue logging in.
