SOURCE: Fax Memory full

please perform the following:

When a super NVRAM Init is performed, the all-in-one language and telecom country/region settings
are undefined. The user is prompted to set the language and telecom country/region. Until these settings
are defined, the all-in-one will not return to the Ready state.
CAUTION A Super NVRAM Init erases all data that is stored in both the unprotected and
protected NVRAM memory.
To perform a super NVRAM Init
1.
Turn off the all-in-one.
2. Press and hold down the * and 5 buttons.
3. Continue to hold down the buttons while you turn on the all-in-one. Hold the buttons throughout
the entire power-on sequence.
4. When Permanent Storage Init. appears on the control-panel display, release the buttons.
5. When prompted, set the language and telecom country/region.
6. Allow the all-in-one to return to Ready before using it.

SOURCE: 10 % Memory problem showing my printer and slow

In the printing process, there a stage called spooling. This is where the data to be printed is cached into your system, so that you can print it even without having to leave the source application open. However, when you are low on RAM (or computer memory), the spooling and printing process slows down since the system is finding it hard to transport the data due to the bottleneck. Closing running applications (such as your web browser, music player, media player, games, and such) would definitely help ease out this one.

Why not let it complete remainder printing after cancelling the job.
You may also pause printing, remove most paper from paper trays so that it run out of paper then then power cycle the printer.

Hi I think your printer is not well installed. Try to delete this printer from the "Computer setup" then download the right driver from here : http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodTypeId=18972&prodSeriesId=378052&prodNameId=378054&swEnvOID=4062&swLang=8&mode=2&taskId=135&swItem=ja-45284-16 Click on "Download" After the download has been completed, try to install it.
I think the solution is very clear. if you have any question, feel free to reply to this message.
