"I" have not locked anything. Yahoo may have, or it may be that someone stole your account information and locked you out. Try contacting Yahoo for assistance.
If you former email provider is no longer in service then all of their customers' email accounts are "dead" and locked. Find a new
email provider. There are hundreds of them out there.
kindly log in through your web mail and firstly backup your mail then reduce the mailbox to bearest minimum in size, refresh and try log in again. if problem persist get in touch to you email host/ISP. hope it help.

Try to use another email and try to email the yahoo account which is locked. if its says failure deamon your account was been deleted and theres no way to recover it.
