    How can I convert the Nuvico NVJV 8000 from NTSC toPAL?


    I have the DV3-8000; the service menu can be accessed by holding down keys 1 and 3 simultaneously; there is an option to select either NTSC or PAL; my GUESS is select PAL; don't know if there is more to it than that, but this is a start . . .

    PAL PS3 NTSC HDTV, HDMI Cables don't work, WHY?


    I have the same problem. I get the "Mode Not Supported" message on my Samsung pn50b860 when I try to run the PS3 through the HDMI. Any solutions/suggestions yet?

    NTSC -> PAL converter: would it help my prob with my PS3?


    You'll need to buy the converter. Ebay usually has them for the best price around. If you wanna keep the hdmi they're usually around $200 for the converter. You could save yourself a bit of trouble depending on your situation by just selling your pal ps3 and getting an ntsc version instead.
