I have a halstead finest gold combi when I turn the boiler on the boiler goes into its ignition sequence when it comes to ignite the boiler fires but after the igniter stops the boiler cuts out completely...

Difficult to get too specific without knowing if you have gas or oil. Also, I am going under the assumption you mean the burner shuts down, not the whole heating system. That being said, all heating appliances have whats called a safety curcuit. Each control has the ability to shut down if certain critera are not met. There is a sensor that senses light down the blast tube. If no light is sensed in a predetermined time period, then the sensor cuts power to the burner. This stops delivery of fuel so if it does ignite you wont blow up.
(I suspect that the ignitor and burner shut down simultainously.)
It may be the sensor (cad cell eye) is doing its job, however why is the question. Could be a number of things including the fuel delivery, ignition, improper air adjustment, etc.
No qualified professional should diagnose a problem unless they are in front of the appliance. I recommend you find a licensed qualified heating techician. Hope this helps.

Sime ecomfort plus 30 HE keeps cutting out and shows a flashing green light. Sometimes it will run ok for a couple of hours before cutting out.

I had the identical problem with the same model. Technician eventually diagnosed faulty fan; the fan cools the heat exchanger. When fan fails, exchanger overheats and boiler automatically shuts down. It is possible to restart the boiler when it cools down but when the heat rises again - off it goes! Only answer is to replace the fan. My technician did the same as yours - on first visit he got the boiler running and left. Half hour later, boiler shut down. I read the installation manual and operating instructions and when he called again I pointed him in direction of fan, which had failed completely. These guys!

Hansgrohe Ecostat (with part 94282000 thermostat). Shower runs fine for a few minutes then boiler shuts down and shower runs goes cold. Boiler starts up again after 30 seconds and runs fine for a few...

Check the 94282000 cartridge for debris on the filters. If your boiler requires a certain flow rate to come on, then you must get enough flow through the cartridge to make that happen. Also, if your boiler is producing very hot water, the cartridge will self regulate and reduce the hot flow accordingly. try lowering the output temperature of the boiler to resolve that possibility.

I have Crown Tobago boiler that cut off two days ago

Possibly due to a power failure, control unit needs to be reset. Hit reset button. Hold for 30 seconds. Also no fire typically due to nozzle clogged, no fuel which means control will shut down. Water in fuel will also shut boiler down. Clogged filter will decrease fuel flow. Electric eye face is dirty which will also shut it down. If you have a two line system, open up bleeder and see if you get a good flow. Check electrodes for burned ends or out of gap specs.

Pressure upto max nearly im my bolier

You don't say what kind of boiler this is but I'm going to guess that it is a hot water boiler.  If so, you have a combination valve which adjusts the water by pressure and bleeds off excess.  These valves do get corroded and dirty.  Shut down the boiler, shut off the feed water valve.  Replace the valve assembly.  Do not try to adjust these things.  Your new valve should maintain about 15 psi.
