In simple set auto-forward option to 'yes' for all your email-ids to the one email-id, where you can get email alerts on mobile free of cost. Have you checked your Junk mail folder? Usually emails sent to us from people who have not previously sent us emails go directly into your Junk mail. If not, then contact the company directly. Contact details should be on their website.

For you to get your email you have to log in your account using your mail service.
And open your inbox and there you can view your email.
and you can also print your email.
I have successfully set this up using yahoo.uk mail. I cannot get it to work with gmail or virgin mail.
Use these settings:
pop/smtp email server > smtp.mail.yahoo.co.uk send to email address > your email address account > your email address without the "@yahoo.co.uk" password > your password
You can forward emails to your normal email address so that you can get alarms on your mobile without adding another email account.
Unfortunately your computer needs to switched on with sec24 running.
