fixya doesnt sell products --you need to notify the company or purchaser you did your return with we dont have access to any accounts or billing yours or other company's
Has the item arrived back at the manufacturer? (Do you have a tracking number or such that you can use to verify delivery?) Manufacturers won't generally issue a refund until they have the rejected item back and verified to be what they sent out. (If this was at a brick and mortar store, never mind)
Was it returned to a place that is/was in holiday crunch mode? If you did the return in the middle of a big sale or Black Friday preview, returns may have been stacked up with return info, to be processed when someone has time.
More broadly, have you contacted the seller and told them what was returned and when? You'll likely be able to at least get some info on how quickly such refunds are processed, and if they have a record of submitting the refund. if they think they did so, ask for any return or confirmation codes they had with your credit card company.
It could be with your credit card company. If you have info from the store about what they say they did, (or don't but know when you returned it), call your credit card company - the customer service # is usually on the back of the card. Explain the situation and ask if they have record of a return, or of whatever the store might have told you. It could be an issue of if/how they update their website, holiday policy on when/how refunds are updated, or, say, a protest or issue lodged by the store. Or they may just say they have no record, upon which you go back to the store and either call the 'pants on fire' or say there's no record, and go through the more exhaustive making them do what they say the did/will do.
You have to contact the place of purchase to find out if returns are allowed. Then find out the procedure on how to do it. We do not know the process of returns because each company has its own policy for returns.
Hello and welcome to fixya free utility. It seems that you purchased any software from the regnow and due to some reasons you were unable to instal it properly. In return you asked them for a refund policy which clearly states " Each software company offering products through our service has their
own return/refund policy. We support all return/refund policies of the
software companies that we process orders for. You will need to contact
the software company directly (their email address is in the emailed
order confirmation) to inquire about their return/refund policy and
process.
If you do not have the order confirmation,
please contact
us. We will be happy to provide you with the software company's
contact email address and forward your request." Thus by mistake they provided you the address of fixya.com. I would like you to revert back to regnow if you insist on refund or else kindly let me know what software you purchased and what is your OS so that I can guide you further.
