It could be the heating element is at fault not heating to the selected temperature 95 degrees 40, 30,and so on, if one of these fail to work then the washer will not continue
also maybe the thermostat may be at fault, causing the same error

i have checked the heater element and it seems to be ok 39ohms which is about right for a 1.5kw element i could get the thermistor out of the element to check it can you remove the thermistor without taking the element out?

loosen the center nut on the heating element there is only one.
this should release the thermo so you can remove it,
the nut squeezers the rubber seal tight so it seals the water
in, it will still take some wiggling still to remove,

cheers dean ill try that when i get home this evening and see if its the thermistor its a real strange one it just happened overnight no intermitent fault or anything and no error code comes up on the display which you would expect it just goes to the end of the cycle but doesnt empty the water out until you turn it off and use the drain program

I dont have a stop buttom

You're start/pause button should pause the cycle, cancell should completely cancell. After pressing the Start/Pause within a cycle, the door lock may require time to unlock as indicated by the lock light on the panel.

When my machine gets to its rinse cycle it works for about 30 seconds and then all the lights start flashing and it stops working

Hi,

You most likely have a faulty cold inlet valve. When the machine gets into the rinse cycle, it needs to fill up with cold water.

Depending on whether you have a top loader or front loader, there may be a seperate valve for the rinse water intake on a front loader.

Let me know the make and model of your machine and I can help you identify and replace the inlet valve.

Ash

Stopped working mid cycle. The timer still counts down but does not fill, agitate, spin, drain. And before it stopped, the water that was draining out smelled really bad.

The filter on your pump is probably clogged with lint and stuff. You have to remove the bottom front panel, 3 torx screws underneath. The panel will drop and come off. Drain off the excess water from the hose you see. The white filter cover is right in front. Get yourself a bunch of towels or a good big plastic bag to collect water. Unscrew the filter cover and twist the filter out. Clean out all the stuff and put it back in carefully.

Next: You can use Affresh to clean your front loader. Deposits of soap and other such things can be stuck around the inside tub of your washer. Try this product, it works great on all front loaders. Use quite hot water with the Affresh pellet with no clothes and run the machine through a cycle. Also helps with any stagnant water smells. Have you cleaned out your pump lately. Put the pellet inside the machine, not in the soap dispenser.
Pl give me a good rating for the free help, thanks.

Washing Cycle won't start

Check the fill control switch. It has a small tube going to it.Clear the tube, and use a piece of tube to blow into the switch, it should click at about one to 2 psi, no harder than you can develop with your mouth. Make sure debris is not getting into the tube from the drum.
