I think you have to go through the relative document comprising the various terms and conditions about the investment you have invested in. since you said that you were promised to 20% ROI then the amount should be paid to you anyhow. You should consult to the related authority and try to find out what the problem is.

I have a letter from Georgeson Inc telling me that I may have unclaimed assets. I do have 100 shares of Cisco stoock and am not sure I have recvd a ddividend recently

Typically, this is a phishing scam. They will ask you to send money to them to get the unclaimed assets. You should be able to see on your statement when you received the dividend. You will also be able to find the amount and time of Cisco's dividend on their website.

Good luck.

Need a stock screener that shows dividends paid monthly

This sounds like the best solution for you.
"Users can browse dividend-paying stocks by sector....Separate pages listing more unique dividend-paying stock offerings, such as monthly dividend stocks and 25-year...The Dividend Stock Screener is very basic, but allows users to screen by...The page also shows some fundamental data such as net income, cash flow"

I Invested money and never received any roi after 2 years. how can I get my money back

I think there is a condition that you can get back all your invested money back if you want so. The company or the assets where you have invested the various things are suppose to return your invested money back to you but in that case you will not be given any such additional amount as a profit but you can surely have the invested money back.

Math

Mr Tan invested 35,000 and Mrs Tan invested 45,000

The equation to solve this is given by:

mr Tan's money x

Mrs Tan's money x + 10000

x times .05 + (x + 10000) times .05 = 4000

solve for x
