Dclcd monitor I was trying to get the monitor to connect to a PC and it said it was out of range. I figure there was a menu of setting that I could adjust so I pressed the menu button. The menu did not come up so I pressed several more buttons trying to get it to bring up the menu. A box popped up saying "Burning On" and it started flashing, full screen, red, blue, green, white, black, and then repeat. I'm sure it is running some type of burning in process, but I can't get it out of it. The monitor worked fine otherwise. I just need to get it out of this mode.

Seems the screen resolution of your pc is high (higher than your monitor can support). You may lower the resoltion by connecting your pc to another monitor temporarily and changing settings then.

SOURCE: Pop up menu won't go away.

If you can do the factory reset in the pop up menu, try it. You might have to try with another power supply, cord, or computer and check where the problem is.

I didn't have the monitor connected to the computer, and that's why the power button was unresponsive. After connecting it, the solution above worked for me.(My KVM switch was set to a computer that was turned off)

My pc is hcl monitor working on windows 7 When I start my Pc the windows comes directly shows that Attention Not Support Out Of Range I.know pressing F8 Key but Nothing is happening help

Sounds like you set the refresh frequency/resolution of your monitor to a value not supported by the monitor. You need to restart in safe mode and reset the resolution.

Keep pressing F8 at boot until the menu appears. Try restoring to a previous point.

Or try
- Boot in Safe Mode with networking and Uninstall your current GPU Drivers.
- Download the current Drivers and install
- Restart the PC in the Low resolution Mode (F8 Safe Mode launch menu)
- Use your Graphics Card Control Panel and Force change your settings back to the original working ones.

Screen says out of range

This can happen if the output from the computer has the resolution set higher than your monitor is capable of displaying, or the refresh rate is higher than the monitor can display. Set the refresh rate to 60Hz. Try connecting a friend's monitor temporarily.

My monitor has a message "input signal out of range" I tryed to open the menu but it will not open

Turn Off the computer and turn off the Monitor. Now turn on the Monitor, unplug it from the Display port of the computer and press the menu button several times. Now reconnect the Cable to the to the Video port. Turn on the Machine and check if it boots up normally or not.

Also try connecting it on another computer, the problem may not be the monitor, but the display settings of the computer. You'll need to change the settings of the computer after connecting another monitor or vise versa.

I don't mean you monitor is having no problem, of course it could be but you'll be able to find out after you connect to another computer.

If you need further help, let me know.

Good luck.

Thanks for using FixYa.

Dclcd monitor blinking power light

Try it on another PC first, if it still does not work then you will need to open it up, but read below first so you will know what to look for:
Most common failures in the LCD monitors are bad capacitors (bulging top/seal or leaking) in the power supply, failed inverter circuits (blown fuse, shorted transistors, shorted/open transformers), bad lamps (poor solder connections or worn out lamps). You will need to open it up and inspect the inside, see example of failed monitors to get some ideas what to look for: http://s807.photobucket.com/home/budm/allalbums
Post back what you see inside so we can guide you further and it will help out other people in the future also.

How can i use my digilogic lcd tv as a computer monitor? it has the connections as my current monitor but when i connect the tv to the computer there is no picture, the computer base is recogniseing the tv...

Have you checked the menu set-up option on the TV set ? Your computer may be sending an out of range signal, so set it to low resolution and try that. Obvious other thing is the "input" setting, it may not auto detect it.
