IF YOUR ASKING IF YOU CAN REPLACE THE MULTIPORT VALVE ON TOP OF SAND FILTER HOUSING WITH WATER STILL IN POOL , SURE ITS POSSIBLE . 1ST UNPLUG PUMP POWER !!!! SECOND USING A COUPLE OF TRASH BAGS ADD ENOUGH AIR INSIDE OF THEM TO FIT JUST TIGHT ENOUGH DOWN INTO SKIMMER ON SIDE (ME I USE A OLD POOL TOY) WEIGHT OF WATER WILL HOLD THEM IN THERE , NOW YOU CAN DISSCONNECT YOUR HOSES , A SLIGHT TRICKLE MAY COME OUT (EASY TO REPLACE LOST WATER VOLUME) REPLACE THE VALVE , WAIT FOR GLUE TO COMPLETLY DRY (IF USED) THEN RECONNECT HOSES , REMOVE TRASH BAGS FROM SKIMMER(LET AIR OUT) , RECONNECT PUMP AND TEST FOR LEAKS

Hi thevideowatc Check your o-ring seal to make sure it doesn't have sand under or on it, also it may have cracks in it, or the filter may have cracks in the housing...if that is so, then replace the housing. Bud
I'd imagine that with either PS2 or USB would work the same, as the OS handles the text input all the same. If it's some other input, it might be different-- you might need to know if PHP has an interface to a certain device driver.
It does not matter that much where the hoses go. Most often people want to remove floating material, so there is a sump near the surface that the input is attached to. But if you have some debris on the bottom, you may want to attach the input to a long pole and go over the bottom. The most important thing is just to have the input and output as far apart as possible.
And the size of the pool also does not matter. What matters is how much dirt is in the water, and how often you will have to change the filter.
You may need to contact the dealer who sold you the pool. Tell him you nee to get "water flow" to
filter your pool water so that it can sanitized.
Once you do as he instructed and it still isn't
working have him send you help free of charge.
The best solution to this problem not to find a replacement intex pump/filter. I suggest getting a system with a 50 square foot cartridge filter and a 3/4 hp pump such as hayward or pentair offers. You will be amazed at the difference a little quality can make.
