Mate same with me, I tried to uninstall some of my google factory settings but my phone wouldn't let me so I stopped them from updating and after a while I started getting an error code 491 when I tried downloading apps from google play store. I googled 491 and found this link that showed me how to fix it, If it starts happening again then just repeat this link....CHEERS.. http://android.stackexchange.com/questions/83432/downloading-from-play-store-gives-error-491
Have you checked storage make sure you have room and, try reseting it. Or run back up, if you have it. Also connect to it to your pc and try manually to put apps on. Factory reset and use sd card when you load everything back if you can load the store app on sd, if it happens again you can remove sd delete store app of it and do it again good luck
Because you keep getting "an internet connection error" it sounds like it is not connected to the internet. I would try to address that problem first. I would go in and delete the wifi connection and re-add it using the correct network name and passphrase for your wireless access point. I think that once you get the internet connection error to go away, you will have better results with internet-dependent functions like the app store. Also make sure you don't have airplane mode or other feature activated that would turn off the wifi.
Your apps store was got error you can clean the cache data of your apps store to make it normal.
1. Go to Settings
2. Go to Applications
3. Select Manage applications
4. Select ALL
5. Find the App Store and click
6. then press/click the Clear Data or Clear Cache
7. Then after that restart your tablet
Try to connect on Wi-Fi then start your apps stor. If the problem not solve that's the time you most reset your tablet.
I would try deleting the app first-sounds like you might have gotten a bad sector in it & see if that clears everything up & back to normal. If it does, maybe try a different text app. Anytime you get a not trusted server certificate-that is telling you whatever you downloaded it has something bad in it somewhere. I'd get rid of it.
