Problem for Alpine NVE-N872A GPS Receiver
No sound from turn by turn navigation
I have had this system installed for a couple of months now. When it goes to try to give me turn by turn directions, no sound comes out. The int icon pops up and it mutes whatever i am listening to, but nothing comes out. I have a IVA-W200 with the PXA- H701 signal processor installed. Any ideas?

I have the IVA-D310 head unit, so I'm not sure if it is the same on your W200, but in my "Setup" menu I hit "Other Setup" there is a setting called "IN INT. MUTE" make sure that is set to OFF and "NAV. MIX" is set to ON.

I have an MRA-F350 decoder/amp, which needs a KCE-900E between the Nav and the Head to correctly route the audio. Without it, you'll only hear directions when you're specifically tuned to the Nav input.
I looked at the manual for your processor, and it looks like it needs the same thing (pg 42 in PDF on Alpine's site)
Nav > KCE-900E > Head (RGB)
KCE-900E > Processor (RCA + Guide Control)
