Red 12 volt switched
yellow 12 volt constant
white left front +
white/black left front -
gray right front +
gray/black right front -
green left rear +
green/black left rear -
purple right rear +
purple/black right rear -

A TV or VCR would use a RCA jack. You would need an adapter to VGA. However, there is still the problem of software. A computer TV card might be a work around, and they use to come with software.
I'm just pointing the obvious, but good luck anyway.
