Question about Samsung GT-S5300 Galaxy Pocket
Go to your email service providers website. If its gmail you have then go to google.com, if its a hotmail account go to msn etc. There will always be a forgotten password link to help you reset it. Once this process has been followed remove the phone battery and replace. Power on and try your newly reset password along with your email address. If this does not work and a security app is responsible for the locking then you may just have to get intouch with your mobile service providers data support team. Failing all of this you may have to 'hard'reset your phone. This will blank your phone and put it back to factory settings. Rather than go through how to reset each brand of mobile the priceedure for your phone is on youtube. Just type in how to hard reset a samsung ace, or htc one or google nexus etc... Good luck :-)
