What lb test fishing line does the 112 Oceancity fishing reel take ?

Is this the vintage 112 casting reel?.. You can use almost any size line that the reel will comfortably handle... too small and you might lose fish..and take miles of line to fill..... and .. too big and the reel will not function efficiently..its almost a judgement call.. use common sense..If you need a very small line.. you should use a "backer" to keep from using 1000's of feet of line to fill the spool..... and .. If you need a very heavy line... maybe a bigger reel is in the future... hope this helps..

Ryobi miter saw laser is way off. I can get it parallel, but it's about 1 inch away from the actual cut line. How can I fix the laser side-to-side?

Forget it. The lazer site gets obscured and useless after 5 minutes of cutting. It is the most useless improvement I've seen on a power tool in 40 years.

Porter Cable 7336 polisher - pad/backer plate will not begin to start without starting it by hand. Will changinging the brushes fix it?

The first thing to do is to make sure the unit is completely clean. Many of the contaminates that get airborne while you are sanding can and will affect the motor's performance with time. Pay particular attention to the brushes/commutator or any kind of centrifugal switch it may have.

How to replace the head gear

i'm going to assume your 7" is like my 9" and say that after you remove the backer pad and expose the spindle you should have access to the gearbox cover that's held in with 4 screws. if you remove those 4 screws and remove the cover you should have the bevel gear exposed.

of course the handle and guard will have to be removed to make it easier.
hold down the spindle lock when unscrewing the backer pad.
