it is just phishing site... don't click the link and don't respond to any one of these type of mails... what happens if u click is that it will show yahoo login page and when u enter your username and password and click sign in your username and password will be mailed to the attacker or hacker and u will be redirected to some other page..

yes it is legitimate.... but re check that after entering the question if u are redirected to the correct yahoo page or not... check for https: in the address bar...if it is https most probable case is that is legitimate...
