I would say high if you need cooling. If the tempature is cool enough for you then set it to low.If you are hot and need more cooling then high.

could possibly have a faulty heat anticipator setting on the stat, causing an over run on heat anticipation., or a stuck zone valve on one of the distribution sectorts,,,,,rad, infloor loop ect ect

Hi, this is because the boiler aquastat is faulty! Change it out as the contacts are worn out causing it to trip the stat. I have seen this so many times. Please let me know.
