The interior cab heating system is identical to 4-wheeler cars. Two hoses connect to the cab heater core box, which is part of the engine radiator coolant system. If you're not getting heat when you turn on the heater fan, then one of the hoses is blocked or the heater core box is blocked up. One hose is inlet, which brings hot coolant from the engine to the cab heater core box. The 2nd hose is outlet which returns the coolant fluid from the heater core box back to the engine coolant system. Its likely these hoses and the heater core box are 20 years old and had never been replaced since the semi truck rolled off the assembly line in 1994. To diagnose for blockage, disconnect both hoses from the engine side, then connect an air blower to one hose to push pressurized air into this hose. Air should be coming out the other hose. If there's no air, or less air pressure, then there's blockage which is restricting hot coolant from passing through, resulting in little or no hot air when you turn on the "hot" air fan. Replace the heater core box first. If you're not getting hot air, then replace both hoses next.

2003 ford windstar, my heater hose is leaking at the connection to iron pipe, I need a diagram to figure out how to fix

Most likely while you are in there it's time to replace the hose. Saves having to go back if it starts leaking on the other end which is highly likely given the age. There should be a return heater hose, it is probably in similar condition. Diagram may be available via google. Youtube may show you how to. A very bright led flash light will allow you to see and trace the heater hose. You'll need to drain the radiator save the antifreze if new. Replace if old. Any other cooling system hoses need to be replaced? How is the water pump. It's not the leak is it? Otherwise Library probably has repair manual, or may be time to invest in repair manual. Lightly used may be available on Ebay and others. New hoses are cheap insurance against possible failure.

No heat. blower ok. engine temp normal. Can not locate the heater hoses to check if both are hot. How do I get access to the hoses? Is there a diagram?

Without more specs re: engine size etc, I'd have to say look close at firewall between engine and cab for hoses /tubing going into passenger compartment through firewall.

I walk into dealers all the time, anywhere I want to go,

New Motor, Heater not working, Leaking Antifreeze

Your car is overheating because you did not bleed the cooling system. The hanging hose may be the overflow drain. Unbolt the coolant reservoir, and raise it as high as you can. Start the motor, and add coolant until the heater starts blowing heat. You will see air bubbles in the reservoir until all of the air is out. This is a common procedure when doing any cooling system maintenance on Celicas.
