The issue is not how to plug the cables in, it's all color coded and easy. ... I have a Sanyo sound bar but it won't connect to my LGtv nor my ps4!
I get a similar issue from my Bush sound bar. The sound drops out when the tv programme/movie etc has a period of silence in the audio track or just very low background music (no speech). As soon as someone begins to speak it starts up, but usually it misses the first couple of words. Bar is connected directly to a Samsung tv via the optical cable. Any ideas?
I have the same sound bar and in the middle of watching a movie, it just stopped working. I came to the conclusion that it was the optical hookup on the back of the speaker that had an issue. The problem with the entire situation is that I had only owned the sound bar for around two to three weeks and only watched around four movies on it until this problem. Either a fluke or bad quality. Check your optical connection if that is what you have it hooked up to.
plug in the power to each unit with the provided power adapters, turn the sound bar and subwoofer on, activate the wireless subwoofer link by pressing a button on the soundbar (or remote) and subwoofer, and connect an audio source to either the provided analog or digital audio inputs on the soundbar Note: When using the Digital Optical input, set source device audio out to PCM
(you can hook to ur tv if it has a R/L audio output, or u can also connect it if your tv has a toslink style digital output. (most LCD and Plasma TV's have them.))
hi, did u mean connecting the sound bar to ur tv. u didn't mentioned the model number of ur sound bar. any how ur tv has only coaxial digital audio out. no analog audio out. the sound bar may have one digital audio input (optical digital input) and 2 analog inputs. if it has coaxial input it may be very easy.find is there, if not u cant link these devices. if u are using a satellitereceiver then u can connect the optical audio out to ur sound bar's optical input or the analog audio output to any one of the analog audio input. ok
Connect the audio out RCA jacks (white and red) on the TV to the white and red RCA input jacks on the sound bar for analog stereo sound or connect the black digital audio output jack (typically optical) on the TV rear panel to the sound bar's optical digital audio input jack for surround sound. Use an optical cable. There may be some user settings on the TV for audio.
