Question about Facebook Social Network
I have a facebook page for my business and when I click on it or do a search from a computer (mac or pc) it takes me to the "Insights" for my page, rather than to the page itself. The link to the page shows up in the drop down menu in "Search" but the link is not working properly. Pretty sure the problem is with the name of my business, which is Insight School of Acting. Thinking there's a glitch in the Facebook search, which sends people to "Insights" instead. But the page has been around and working fine for two years, so I don't understand why it is a problem now. And there are other Insight Schools whose links work fine. I've checked with friend and they cannot access the page either; however, on an android device, iPad or iPhone, the page is visible. I have reported the problem to Facebook multiple times and sent a screen shot of what I see when I click on the page link, but just get an automatically generated response thanking me for my email and telling me they cannot respond to emails individually and thanking me for my feedback so they can improve Facebook. My business page has close to 700 followers and it is one of my most important marketing tools for my small start up. I do not want to create a whole new page and start from scratch with "likes" only to have this problem happen again. Any advice as to how to reach someone at FB who can actually help me resolve this problem would be most appreciated!

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Please be absolutely certain that this email is from Facebook and that the link(s) within the email are pointed to facebook.com - otherwise this may not be a legitimate email message from Facebook (in which case you should simply delete the message).
If all is well and it looks legitimate:
If you can, copy and paste the link that they have provided into your browser. To do this, use your mouse to highlight the entire link (should read something like http://www.facebook.com/some/link.php?etc). Right-click on the highlighted link and select 'Copy' from the list. Now in the address-portion of your browser right-click and select 'Paste' from the list. Once the link has been pasted to the browser, hit 'Enter' on your keyboard.
Alternatively, if there is no link showing in the email that you've received (that is it is something that says click here or similar), you will need to view the email as plain text (not as HTML). Enabling this depends on the email client that you are using.

SOURCE: Can't log into face book
You can try a number of different solutions which have worked for some people:
Clear your cache and delete all of your cookies in your browser.
In your browser, type in the address bar http://www.facebook.com/login (which doesnt exist)
This will take you to a different login page which reads: "The page you requested was not found."
At the top of this page is a login box. Try using this login box to login to facebook.
Download Firefox 3.5 and used that instead of Internet Explorer.
here is the link for downloading it
Tip: If you are using the Adblock extension with Firefox, and subscribe to an ad list (basically a list of known ads online), it blocks a special site (fbcdn.net)
that Facebook uses to login.
Tip: Go to: http://www.facebook.com/login.php (the page you are having trouble logging in) and click on the
Adblock Stop Sign on top of Firefox, and you will see in red a url that includes
fbcdn.net. Right click on that, and add an exception for the entire fbcdn.net domain.
Reload the page. This should fix the problem.
Use a Proxy Server to connect to Facebook.com
1. Search Proxy in GOOGLE
2. Select Proxy Server
3. Type in facebook.com (in the proxy server webpage)
4. login into facebook account
5. (although all games will work but Farmville may have problems loading)

What you are talking about is a facebook profile. It is against the Facebook TOS to create profiles (accounts) that are not of real people or to have multiple accounts. However you can create a page which works almost the same as an account (it has a wall, etc) but people become FANs of the page rather than friends. You can run your page from your personal account on facebook and the two will remain distinct (separate).
