Yes, this works for most android tablets. iPads you just hook up to a computer with iTunes and in iTunes click the device and restore.
Android. Power off the device. Tap the power then immediately press and hold either power + vol down or power + vol up until you get a menu. There should be a factory reset option.

Unlock windows password,the easiest way I ever use is to adopt Windows Password Reset ,just a few steps:
Step 1: Download and install Windows Password Reset
Step 2: Burn Windows Password Reset Std ISO file to CD/DVD
Step 3: Put in your newly created CD and remove your Windows Password.
