i have an WD external hard drive. it worked fine for months. all of the sudden it wont come up when i look for it under my computer. i search and tried diffrent solutions everyone one suggested. like using tweak ui device manager by changing the mapped icon from e to z. i need help. i have about 200 plus gb of movies and music i do not want to lose. help!!!!!. can someone give me specific instructions.

- im not really computer literate. please explain in steps if you can on how i can get this to work. other than that what is the best hard drive to buy on the market less than 200.00Same Problem
