the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)

SOURCE: Adobe Acrobat 8 does not integrate with MS Office 2007 programs

Then do a search for 'all files and folders' - search for both Acrobat 6.0 and then Acrobat 7.0, with the options "Search system folders", "Search hidden files and folders" and "Search subfolders" checked. Delete all of those related files found.
You should do this search and delete whenever you uninstall any programs. It will remove lots and lots of leftover junk files and corrupted files taking up room on your hard drive. It will also give you a "clean install" when you reinstall or install an updated program. (Do this ESPECIALLY when updating to a NEW anti-virus programs and “Internet Security Suite” programs such as McAfee or Norton etc.)

Download and install "Registry Mechanic" then do the updates prior to running it and removing anything for the first time. This will get rid of all your current Registry errors, prior to installing or reinstalling.

SOURCE: Microsoft Office/Outlook 2007 calendar crashing

Perhaps this problem has many different ways of resolving. For example I've known some interesting tools for working out like issues, one of the most effective is the next - outlook pst repair.

I just downloaded publisher and the program did not have a product key.

Here are the leaked ones for Office enterprise 2007. You might want to de-select the Office automatic security updates though or it will keep popping up a non-genuine notice each time you use it. Best option is to try it, see if you like it and then buy a genuine key from MS.

I need to install microsoft word but it is already in my comp but

You need to first uninstall the program (ms office)[if it's ms office 2003, as soon as you start installing the new ms-office 2007, it'll automatically upgrade to ms-office 2007].
I don't know whether you know how to uninstall programs or not, but let me give you the hints..
Click "Start" > "Control Panel" > "Programs" [add/remove programs on windows xp] now highlight the "Microsoft Office..." and click "Uninstall" button and follow the onscreen instructions. Restart your computer and again install the Microsoft Office 2007 using the set up file. If in case, you can't uninstall the program due to faulty/error/missing files, download this program ccleaner install it and run. Now click "Tools" and from the uninstall lists select/highlight the "microsoft office..." and cick "uninstall". If you still have the same problem, please let me know.

Good luck

Thanks for using FixYa.

you should completely un install the office suite before installing it again. If you can, I would greatly suggest, using the last good restore point before the main crash, this will put the registry back to original too.

My husband just installed office pro plus 2007 and everytime he goes to turn off his computer it takes about 45 minutes to install updates. Is this right?

Disable the automatic update from the Menu. Click on the Office logo at the extreme top left corner, again click Word Options - Advanced - General and uncheck the automatic updates. Ok and restart the program. This will solve your problem. Good luck

Error 1923: Service 'Office Source Engine' (ose) could not be installed. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to install system services.

Before you install the original release version of the 2007 Office programs, you must remove all prerelease versions of the 2007 Office programs. Additionally, we recommend that you restart the computer before you install the original release version of the 2007 Office programs.

Theres a plugin that was recently added or modified that crashes your Microsoft Excel. If you still have the CD with you, I recommend that you UNINSTALL first the whole MS Office suit, restart, then REINSTALL the whole MS Office suit.

"Microsoft Word Has Stopped Working"

I just ran the Microsoft Office diagnostics and here was the result...my Office programs keep crashing because I have my HP printer set as the default printer. Here is exactly what the diagnostic told me...
"Temporary workaround available This problem was caused by a known issue with your Hewlett-Packard printer driver, which causes Microsoft Office 2007 programs to close unexpectedly when your HP printer is set as the default printer. Hewlett-Packard is aware of the problem and is working on a solution."
There solution is to set any other printer as the default printer instead of an HP...I hope this helps everyone.
