Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Best settings to calibrate my vizio550M tv

Every TV is different (even within a brand) so specific settings won't help you. A good place to start is with the Disney WOW: World of Wonder Blu-Ray. It has many helpful test patterns, plus a blue filter so that you can see if color and tint are at correct levels. Before starting calibration I would advise turning the backlight down as much as possible, turning the sharpness off, as well as all of the features in the "Advanced Video" menu. You can bring these features back on if you wish after your first pass at calibrating. I would also select "Computer" in the "Color Temperature" submenu, as this will give you a neutral white balance, as opposed to "normal/warm" (red) or "cool" (blue). Hope this helps.

Set the picture setting to its factory reset. With factory reset, the color intensity might be somewhat more than normal. Just reduce the color intensity, according to your viewing taste. Gopakumar Gopalan Google

To stop auto calibration in toshiba color mfd

Better not to turn off the calibration, otherwise it will cause other errors.

If your colour printing is less than 5% ration, perform following. Turn the code 08-2692 "Prevention of color toner low density / ON/OFF setting" to ON, and then set number of sheets to be judged at the code 08-2693 "Prevention of color toner low density / Judged
number of sheets setting".
08-2693 u can put higher value such as 20 or above to delay the colour calibration.

The best way to set up a TV such as yours without a calibration device is to get a high definition picture of someone's face on the screen and adjust the color, brightness and contrast until the face looks as life like as possible.

1080p lcd hdtv 50+ inch. picture getting darker

If no settings have been changed it means your backlight is dimming. This is a common issue with LCD TV's however it usually doesn't happen this soon. The best thing to slow down the dimming process is to lower your contrast settings, however what you really should do is calibrate your television either professionally or by using a calibration DVD or Blu-Ray with color filters.

I think I have a solution involving far less effort. Have you tuned your picture settings? Out of the box, the settings are ok and the presets will do the trick for most. But if you're like myself, you want the best picture possible. Here are my settings:

Color problem with sanyo 37" tv

Look for a "reset" in the display settings. This should reset you back to factory or "out of the box" settings.
If this doesn't help, contact your local service provider and have them check out the set. May cost a small fee for a service call, but if the tech is knowledgable, he or she may give you enough insight or knowlege on how to set up your TV for your viewing environment. Those controls have a purpose that most people are uneducated about.
Check out http://www.imagingscience.com/ and if you can find a calibrator in your area, see if they will explain to you the benefits of a calibration. You might also be able to get some info from the site. Also, look at the bottom of the above web page. You will see that ISF is selling a disk that will guide you through a user menu calibraton.
I am an ISF certified calibrator, and I offer to my customers, a free user menu calibration, and yes, I use the afore-mentioned disk. Once you see the difference and are educated about what a calibration does for your perception of your set and how and why it operates the way it does, you will better understand.
Also keep in mind that ultimately there may be something wrong with your set. I am also a repair technician and I have seen countless issues when it comes to repair. Having said that, minor or slight color issues should be resolvable.
Best of luck.
