I have the handycam and I am trying to move my tapes to my computer using somethign called Dazzle. My newer tape works fine. My older tapes, anywhere from 3-6 years old all have a horizontal line towards the bottom, same place everytime. This line transfers to the computer too so I have interferance in my old tapes.
Any ideas what I can do? Is this a known issue?
