PORTOMATIC NAILER . WILL NOT COUNTERSINK NAILS PSI 100

On many floor nailers, counter sink is controlled by the thickness of lower pad. Your nailer most likely uses several different thickness of pads bolted to the bottom surface of the gun (usually white vinyl /plastic). The thinner the pad, the deeper the nail will set. Good luck.

Miss fires and wont sink nails depth set deep and pressure over 120 psi

If no air is leaking from gun, miss-fire is usually caused by worn or too tight piston oring or lack of lubrication. Easy test. Disconnect airline, remove nails, point nose of gun up then down. Driver should stay in uppermost position. If driver moves up then down within gun replace piston oring and retest. Set pressure to about 100psi. Good luck with repair.
