Question about KitchenAid Architect KBFA20ERSS Stainless Steel French Door Refrigerator
The crisper drawers slide on a middle track that sits on the frame that supports the bottom shelf. A small tab holds the drawer support in place -- twice this has broken. We are not overloading, normal use of the frig as in past years. Frid was new in 2011.
Check with KitchenAid regarding replacement of the part. You also can try an appliance parts supplier as the tab may be a frequent failure item.

you have a frozen defrost drain. in order to fix this you will need to remove all shelves and basket out of the freezer. then remove rear evap cover. one youve gained access to this area you will see at the bottom of the coil an aluminum pan that most likely wil be iced over. clear away this ice then try to flush out the drain line with warm water. sometimes its neccessary to force water into drain line with a large syringe or turkey baster. this should fix ya up.
good luck and thx for using fixya Peyton

Its not a major problem... It could be any of the following. The evaperator fan is not working in witch case the temps will rise soon and quickly you can check this by opening the freezer door and push the light switch if there is one and listen for the fan.
Next look at the back wall of the freezer and look fof FROST if you have frost then you have a defrost problem in withch case it could be a heater, limiter, timer, or control board.
or your thermostat is bad and is letting the compressor run longer than normal.
This should cover the most common problems.
