Question about Medion Computers & Internet
I have just replaced a faulty graphics card with a new 'ASUS nVidia geForce 210 silent' in my Medion MD8830 PC and now I have no sound from my LS and mono only from my headphones. I have tried adjustments in the Realtek panel and have ensured that the external LS are set as default. I also get no sound at all from Skype, IE, they can hear me but I can't hear them. The PC uses VISTA operating system. Please help!
A suggestion.. look in Device Manager for conflicts. Some sound cards use interrupt #5, e.g., and the graphics card might try to share that interrupt. If the properties of either device includes a Resources tab, change the interrupt as a test.

Testimonial: "The GeForce 210 properties has a Resources tab but the change settings tab is blanked out and there is no interrupt #5 written anywhere. None of the sound properties have a Resources tab. I hope this is what you mean, I'm no computer wiz but thank you anyway."
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Adding a graphics card can be complicated. It is best that you research how to do so on Google thoroughly before attempting to get a new card. Your computers power supply *must* be sufficient to support the card or you might blow up your PC. Check out this youtube video for some visual help.
Now I'm not sure about a Medion PC mt7 for GFX cards. Check you're computer's specifications and see if it has any slots for a GFX card. There are 3 types today: PCI, AGP and PCI-Express.
Make sure you're computer has one of these slots, and check to see if you're graphics card matches the slot inside you're computer.
The video should help you out.

your computer don't recognize your nvidia graphic card in PCI Express slot.
you are runing now with computer's integrated graphic card?
if so then you won't have dualview option. in this case it looks for me like you've installed in the wrong way your graphic card.
your NV GeForce 7300 GS has 2 video output?
if yes then you should have the option for 2 monitors on nVIDIA control panel (i have check my nVIDIA GeForce 7600gt and in my case this option is present but is enabled only if i connect the second monitor, so try do so)
you have installed the latest nVIDIA drivers from the official website? http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
check if your video card is corect installed start/run type in " devmgmt.msc ". it will open device manager and under the display adapter tab you should see what video card you use now.

if the hw is working fine then you can go to the device manager and uninstall the driver ... and then go to the nvidia website and install the driver sw for it
