Not quite sure what you mean. You can reset the router by holding the reset button for 15 seconds. If you need to "forget the network" on your ipad you can go into the wireless settings and remove the network from the remembered network list.

No, there's no trash bin per se. If you have a backup, you could restore it from that. If not, then maybe try recovery software like this. No idea if it works or not, though. http://www.wondershare.net/data-recovery/iphone-data-recovery.html?ici=index1

How to delete photos from the Ipad

If to have the iPad before the camera was added, you have the original iPad. If you synced the photos from your computer, you have to delete the photos by syncing with iTunes again, but you have to "uncheck" the albums or folders that you want to remove.
1.Connect the iPad to the computer and launch iTunes.
2.Click on the iPad name on the left side under devices.
3.Click on the Photos Tab on the right.
4.Uncheck all of the albums or folders that you want to delete from the iPad under the Sync Photos from heading.
5.If you want to delete all of the photos - uncheck the Sync Photos From heading
6.Click on Apply in the lower right corner of iTunes
Done.
If it can't work, you can refer to the article about Delete photos from iPad.
Good Luck!
