always run fault codes when you are unhappy with the car's performance because when a sensor /servo or solenoid go out of set parameters, the CPU will record a code that can be read and the resultant items fixed . It's not an easy task. You need to remove the front cover (after killing main power of course), then loosen the evaporator coil. The blower wheel rides on the motor to the right and a bearing to the left. Once you have carefully loosened the coil you can free the left side of the wheel. The right side attaches to the motor shaft by a set screw which will either be located at the motor or at the blower wheel- in either case the motor usually has to be partially exposed. Putting the unit back together properly is quite tricky, and an inexperienced individual can easily replace critical thermistors to locations which will affect normal operation seriously or bend crucial fittings to the coil which can cause refrigerant and condensate leaks. I would highly recommend calling a qualified technician to perform a preventative maintenance (includes blower wheel cleaning), which is generally quite a bit cheaper than having to call one to repair a damaged unit.
