Question about Computers & Internet
I recently got a new router. On the first day I got into the settings and changed some ports to be able to play some games better. For a few days everything was normal, the NAT was OPEN for example. After a few weeks I loaded up a game again, and now the NAT was STRICT. Well, I thought, I'd just change the settings again, but now the router won't let me in. The password on the back of the router itself won't work. I've tried some others aswell, like user: admin and leaving the password blank, user: admin pass: admin etc. Nothing works. I did not change my password last I used it. What could be the problem and fix?
You can find the manual by clicking on the link below (on page 85 & 86 are the instructions how to reset the modem):

Read User Manual to be sure that user/pass and default ip address for your router correct. And check if your computer received valid ip from Router. Usual check:
1. Restart computer.
2. Set IP address to automatic.
3. Start > Run.. > cmd.exe > ipconfig
find IPaddress and Gateway. is it 192.168.1.x ?
4. ping -t <gateway>
If there are reponses, you good to go for the router configuration.
