360 isnt reading discs (by 2 users)

I have a ms25 drive in my 360 with xtreme5.2, and it started not reading discs right, and giving dirty disc messages. I upgraded to verbatims, did not work. Then I did the POT tweak, and set it at .10 intervals between 2.8 and 3.6, did not work. What else can I do to fix this? or what am I doing wrong?

oh yeah, i cleaned it too.
now games wont even load, it just says reading....
