After disconnecting the mains open up behind, it could be a shock absorber (damper) which is broken.

SOURCE: how can i remove the motor in order to cahnge the

The best way to do it is to disconnect the washer from the water supply and electric socket.
Lay the washer on it's side, and remove the rear cover and drive belt.
Undo the 2 screws that secure the motor in place, unplug the motor lead, and earth lead.
Prize the motor away from drum.
Change the brushes.
Please rate my solution.
Thanks.

I have replaced the carbon brushes on my WFC 20062GB /12 Bosch washing machine, but the motor will still not operate any suggestions. The commutator is clean and not burnt Thanks

Make sure the brushes are fitted the correct way, as they are tapered, and it is important they are the correct way around.
Check all connections to the motor, if it still will not work, then it is either the motor or the control board that it is likely to be faulty.

Want to replace motor brushes...any tips on this

I need to also, so please post what you learn. I found several examples for other WMs on YouTube (search brushes carbon washing machine) Note, I was able to get my Bosch Axxis WFL 2060 spin working again with the following quick carbon dust cleaning trick:
1) Unplug WM and tip up to a 45 degree angle and then safely stabilize so you can safely access motor from bottom. No need to take off back or disconnect motor.
2) Using a small tool like a 1/4 allen wrench or medium screwdriver start tapping repeatedly (for 2 mins) on the brush holders, and back metal clips that connect to the brushes, your just moving the dust around really.
3) Next using an alcohol damp cloth clean the motor commutator - on this motor it is easily exposed on one of the sides 90 degrees away from, and in line with brush holders. Hold cloth on commutator and turn motor, this will also make it clear if commutator is damaged. You cloth should be pretty dirt after 2-3 rotations.
Repeat 2 and 3 above a few more times cleaning up all the carbon dust off the commutator and around the brushes.
After that tip down and test again. A more thorough cleaning could be done by removing brushes and cleaning em - but this will buy you a few weeks/months of operation.

Just fixed the same problem - new brushes on ebay were only £5. Fitting the brushes was fiddly and easiest if you take the motor off, which was easy to do (just 2 bolts).

Clothes too wet

Watch the washing machine go through its complete spin cycle.(It could have a filter in the pump, check for water flow coming out of the drain. Make sure the washing machine is fully leveled with a square. make sure you put fairly big loads to keep it balanced. If the washing comes out wet on the final spin ,add some more garments and then put it on spin again as the w/m might be going out of balance. Under the work bench on top some times there is a spring to adjust the tension. about every five or six years the motor brushes need changing.
