SOURCE: Centrios Atomic Desk Clock/Temperature

Here is how you adjust the time zone:
1.) push MODE till "AL" appears after the minute.
2.) tap "SET" (tap means push but do not hold) and time zone will advance.

3.) THE TRICK: The Time Zone can only be set in the Alarm Mode. Make sure you so not push and hold "SET" until the hour flashes as you would to set the alarm time. You just go into Alarm Mode and tap "SET" to advance the Time Zone by one zone per tap. When the Time Zone is where you want it, tap MODE to return to the clock and set the correct time.

Why does my Centrios Atomic Nature Clock Radio keep changing time at night?

https://mb.nawcc.org/threads/setting-a-centrios-atomic-clock.32197/
If the atomic radio controlled clock is off by one or more hours, it probably has to do with the time zone setting. ... Other atomic wall clocks may allow the selection of any time zone, even time zones that are outside the WWVB coverage area. When purchasing a clock, make sure that it can display the correct time zone. https://www.weathershack.com/static/ed-atomic-clock-synch.html

Set alarm on Centrios for 4 am

There are many models of Centrios brand alarms.

Here is some advice found on the web
1:
All buttons are on the back of the clock. To set the time zone, push "menu"; then push "Set" until the correct time zone is displayed (EA = Eastern, PA = Pacific, etc); then push "Menu" again - DONE. To adjust time, date, year & day, push & hold "Set" until the hour begins to flash; then push "Adjust" until the correct hour is reached; then push "Set"; repeat this sequence as the clock moves on to the next flashing segment (e.g. minute, seconds, month, date, & year); the clock will automatically set the Day based upon the Month, Day & Year you select - DONE.
2:
Press theSETkey to enter the mode"Manual Time Setting".
Manual Time Setting
In case the Skyscan Atomic Clock is not able to detect the WWVB-signal (disturbances, transmitting distance, etc.), the time can be manually set. The clock will then work as a normal Quartz clock.
Note:
In 12 hours mode the time will be displayed with an additional"PM"for the time from 12:00 noon until 11:59.
1. The hour digits will start flashing on LCD1. Set the desired hours by pressing the+key followed by pressing theSETkey.
2. Now the minute digits will start flashing. Set the desired minutes by pressing the+key . If the + key is held, the units will increase by 5.
3. Press theSETkey to move to the"Year Setting".

My husband three away my transmitter to my Centrios 900 MHZ DIGITAL HYBRID WIRELESS OUTDOOR SPEAKERS. #4015004

So many of these things are made generic and have limited production run. The OEM is not traceable. I
would recommend getting the whole set.

Wake up with the radio is always set to level 19... I would like to set my radio alarm with a lower volume... my centrios is a Speed to Sound CENTRIOS IPOD/IPHONE CLOCK RADIO I will return this

We also have this problem. Found this info in the product's Q&A on the website: http://answers.thesource.ca/answers/9026/product/1218694/centrios-centrios-ipod-iphone-clock-radio-white-questions-answers/questions.htm

"Ok. there is a way that you can LOWER the wakeup radio volume. turn on the radio (forget about the alarm right now) and go to the station that you want. when you get to the station, you should be able to press the 'skip/fast forward' button on the remote. when you do this, number 5 should show up beside the station #. When you do this, it lowers the overall volume of every volume level, so now level 19 is equal to volume level 9/10, which for me is loud enough to wake me, but not give me a heart attack! so, now when the alarm goes of, the volume is a lot lower. BUT if you want to wake up to your ipod, this method will NOT work, it will still be up at level 19. so when you turn on your ipod, it will be really LOUD. again, this only works with the radio."

Also if you are waking to ipod and not radio this was in the reviews:
"Fooled with it for a bit and discovered that you have to turn down the volume of the iPod first before putting it on the dock. We've tried it a few times just to make sure and it worked every time!!"

Still not a perfect solution, but a great improvement. Hope this helps someone.
