Hi,

Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)

The large sweep hand is not the second hand,it is the 1,100th sec hand on chrono. The second hand during time mode is the small dial at the bottom which should be going round

SOURCE: Parts for Festina watches

You can check with a reputable watch repair shop, you should be able to replace with generic parts and save a good amount of money! If not then you can always send it back to Festina to have it repaired!

SOURCE: I need a new clasp

  • You need to find someone who specializes in watches and clocks. Here are a few place I have found. I can't help but think they would not be able to get the clasp you require for your watch.

  • Depending on the one you decide on you might have to ship your watch to them but if it is worth it then it is worth it.

Regards, Tony

On the back of the watch should also be a 6 digit code consisting of 2 letters and 4 numbers. For instance CH3000.
With that code you should be ablte find your strap here: http://www.mastersintime.com/en/straps/

Need new watch strap rubber and metal , where can I order it from

mcdevito75 here, Ebay would be your best bet, or a flea market in your area. Or you can look for a small watch repair shop in your area. One thing, you"ll need to know the size of the watch lugs, this is where the strap/band attaches to the watch in milimeters, most rulers have a milimeter scale along with the usuall USA measureing scale, simply count the milimeters between the lugs to get your strap.band size in MM.

Go to http://www.watch-band-center.com/shop2/index.php/user/watchstrap and
search their site.

They may have your watch under "special brands".

Otherwise you can search under sizes or types.
