Viewsonic N2750W...wheres the inverter and how do i get to it? dont want to take the whole thing apart if i dont have to.

    my god in heaven this is a crazy chore...it took me near 3 hours...basicly 3 layers you need to go though to get to it and all the wires attaching to the inverter are so small that you dont have alot of room to work without the fear of breaking the wires. Its done and it works so i guess it was worth it. Thanks

I'd say it's more than likely built into the power supply on this model, take the back off, the inverter plugs into the back of the panel on both the left and right, if not, you can take photos of it with the back off and send it to me and I'll identify it for you

these boards are not componet level repaired so any componet could be at fault. almost all of the componets are SMT and are difficult to replace. it's easier to replace the board. some of the DC to DC inverters are not sold seperately and are a part of the whole panel.

You have a bad inverter board.I have seen this in quite a few units,various brands.Call electronica 303-322-3037.This is the only place i have found that can supply the part at a resonable price.The part usually comes as a display assy.
