It could be that your key pad got burned out it happens a lot with hardware your best bet is to get it replaced cuz there is no fixing it only if you get a new chip but that can cost you more than the actual product its self

i think its ur key pad problem. it may be disconnected from ur circuit for many reason. 1st is under the button there r too much dust. so i cann't connect with ur pda circuit. 2nd is may be key pad has broken for pressing hardly or use many days. so u need to go tecnication . thanks
PROFILE. you can edit it under SETTINGS>>PROFILE. or if that doesn't work, hold the 3rd to the last button on your key pad- "silent". or maybe just press the power button once and choose a different profile.
i had a similar problem before and it turned out on of the side buttons had jammed so it was doing all sorts of mad stuff. to fix this is just pulled the side panel off cleaned out any dirt/dust and made sure the button was pushing in and coming back out without obstruction. this sorted out my "possessed" blackbeery issue. hope it helps
open the front key face by placing a card on the side of the phone. careful not to poke it harder as there are some chips inside the front slide. once it is open, clean it or try to adjust the keypad face then place it back. If problem still exist, bring it to the mobile center for repair.
