Question about HP PSC 2355 All-In-One InkJet Printer

Printing Error I recently received an error message that I didn't write down. I turned the printer off and then back on. After going through this procedure, I now get an error message indicating that I have the wrong type of ink cartridge (which I don't). I have been using the same ink cartridge for months without any issues. marc

Try changing the ink cartridges.

 

This may have happened due to low ink levels. Also try reinstalling the printer driver.

 

 

If the print cartridges are damaged this problem will pop up. Even static electricity in human hand could damage the print cartridges.

My printer is giving me this error message "Batch


That's a batch error, more than likely due to a communication issue between the pc and the printer. If you reboot the printer, THEN reboot the pc you should clear that error.
This error sometimes occurs when the printer has been shut down whil logged into your software, which disables communications between pc and printer. The error indicates that the printer didn't receive enough data to properly print the batch of labels/tags.

HP MFP 1522nf turns on and display error 49 turn off and on. The printer restarts and gives the same message again and again.


You need to be a little bit more specific nex time, the error 49 its normally related to an internal communication error between the DC Controller and the formatter board on the unit
Now we need to know if the problem appear when scanning, copying, printing, sending or receiving faxes
Heres some troubleshooting you can follow, its going to clear this error 49 most of the cases :
1. Turn off the product.
2. Press and hold both the down arrow button and the Cancel button, and then turn on the product.
3. Wait until the message Permanent storage init. appears, and then release the buttons.
4. When the printer comes back to ready, go to hp.com and download the latest firmware update for this 1522nf

Printer not Printing


well this is the software issue till i can understand. to be sure that it is purely software issue try to copy from your printer itself and see if that is not the printer's fault.

if its not then:

Remove printer's USB cable from your computer

delete the Printer's Icon from your control panel/ system preferences> Printers and faxes/ printers

now uninstall the software of kodak and reinstall the the software from www.kodak.com/go/esp3downloads

after software installs then plug your printer back in and wait untill it get installed on your system

try to print it again and see if you can print

Received the following message when I tried printing - "System Error. The printer failed to print due to a system error. Try printing again. If unsuccessful turn Windows off and reprint." Can you sugg


Turn it off and unplug it for about 30 seconds. Plug it back in, turn it on and try printing a Self-Test (Setup, 2, 5). If this works, try printing your document again.

There is a sponge to the right of the ink cart that gets pushed up to prime each ink cart. The sponge then drops back down when finished. The problem is that the sponge gets stuck up. Just give it a tap and it will fall down, turn off then on and all fixed
