Chances are you have wrecked the cone and movement with the overly high input. Nor repairable if this is the case. Check out the makers website for more tech info

SOURCE: Left speaker not working...

I am supporting TIRZO by adding that you can open the left speaker case and check the wire that leads to the main speaker, I hope the fault should be from the connection between the main speaker and the green light that is on.

Try this - you can generate a test tone throught the DIAG port on the back.

Subwoofer is buzzing when volume turned up just past middle level-in other words it doesn't take much for the subwoofer to start buzzing

You may have overdriven the woofer at some stage, and torn the cone. Once that happens, the tear will start flapping (buzzing) whenever the volume is high enough to vibrate it loose.

If thqat's the case, you'll need to replace the woofer inside the cabinet - or replace the set of speakers, which is probably more economical for you.

Baldwin Model 230 DE when turned on makes a loud thunk like the volume is turned way up, then when you disturb or shake the organ or stomp on the floor it makes a loud noise like if you twanged a coil...

If the organ has a reverb spring "tank" in it, that is likely where the spring sound comes from.

The initial noise is likely due to the initial unbalance of the power audio amp.

Lesser organs don't disconnect the speakers till the amps attain balance so the inrush pulses the speakers..

have someone check speaker ground to the TV chassis. Your speakers are picking up reverb from the Video Signal.

Is this buzz from the set itself when the sound is turned down?
Is this buzz a low pitch sound?
Is this buzz a high pich sound?
Does this buzz vary in loudness with the volume control?

Buzzing sound

The sound is a result of the faulty CRT base, and you will have to replace the base socket. Make sure you by the exact same type of base, and if you are not a techie, get a qualified technician, this is not a costly problem.
