Because your Radio is not power up so you have must change the EEPROM of your radio from Radio Service Shop, because your old EEPROM all data erased. Normally during update failure this not happen and Radio powerup, only programming of radio erase and LCD show no program and thid fault can be rectify when again updating process run, but your problem is not like that, your radio is not powerup, so you need to change EEPROM then your problem will be solve

To unlock it you'll need to connect your ipod with the computer you last synced it to and from there open itunes. And, on the front screen of the ipod click on the restore button and your ipod will be restored. You'll now be able to use the ipod as normal, remember that it will delete the menu settings not the data from your ipod.

If you update the firmware on the player, it should disappear after 5 powerups. To get the firmware upgrade, download the latest version of the Philips Device Manager from Philips' website, install the new Device Manager, and then click on the update button inside the new Device Manager. Very annoying, I know.

This is the result of a firmware update.

You need to plug it into an Apple wall charger rather than a generic USB charger in order to complete the firmware update.

If you have used an Apple charger already then take your iPod to an Apple store as they can remedy this.
