I have a ebay account but i cant find the right ebay for it

Have you changed your password recently? If not then your account might be locked by Ebay, check your email inbox that you used to make the account and search the inbox using the keyword "ebay"

As For eBay--From Your Summery Click On Account--Then Update Profile--If You Do Not Have eBay Account Wait Before Setting Up Until You Have Pay Pal Account before Setting Up Profile--This Will Save You Time--When You Purchase On Your eBay Account, It Will Send You To Pay Pal For Payment.

1. Be sure that all your fees are paid and your account balance is zero.

also add your postal adress
also add a paypal account

when you get to the paypal login page at the bottom you will see new to paypal sign up tab
paypal to create an account
paypal registration password ,bank card /credit card,phone numbers home/mobile ,email adress and a postal adress
